7 Days / 6 Nights Naran, Neelam Valley (By Road)
Set out on an epic 7-day expedition that links the Kaghan Valley with the enchanting Neelum Valley of Azad Kashmir. From Islamabad, the Hazara Motorway leads you into Naran, where you'll conquer the mighty Babusar Pass, ride a jeep to the legendary Saif ul Malook Lake, and climb to the emerald Siri Paye Meadows above Shogran.
Crossing into Neelum Valley, you'll follow the rushing Neelum River through Keran and Sharda, hike toward the historic Sharda Temple, and venture by 4x4 to the remote alpine hamlet of Arang Kel. The journey closes atop Pir Chinasi, with sweeping views over Muzaffarabad. With six nights of comfortable stays, private transport, and non-stop mountain scenery, this grand tour captures the very soul of northern Pakistan and Kashmir.
Highlights of the Tour
Skardu Tour Itinerary
Depart from Islamabad at 8:00 AM and travel via the majestic Hazara Motorway. Enjoy photography and sightseeing along the scenic route. Upon arrival in Balakot, continue the drive towards Naran with scenic stopovers along the way for photography and sightseeing. Upon arrival in Naran, transfer to the hotel and enjoy free time to relax, explore the surroundings, or participate in optional river rafting. Overnight stay in Naran.
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to Babusar Pass. Travel through the scenic Kaghan Valley with photography and sightseeing stopovers along the way, including Sohni Waterfall and Lulusar Lake. Continue to the top of Babusar Pass and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic mountain views. Later, drive back to Naran and enjoy river rafting, if time allows. In the evening, visit Naran local market and explore the surroundings. Overnight stay in Naran.
After breakfast, transfer to a 4x4 jeep for an exciting excursion to the famous Saif Ul Malook Lake. Enjoy the majestic scenery and breathtaking views surrounding the lake, with time for photography and sightseeing. Later, drive back to Naran and depart for Shogran. Upon arrival in Kiwai, transfer to a 4x4 vehicle and drive up to Shogran. Overnight stay in Shogran.
After breakfast, transfer to a 4x4 vehicle for a half-day excursion to Siri and Paye Meadows. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and breathtaking views from the top of Paye Meadows. Later, drive back to Kiwai and depart for Keran via Garhi Habibullah. Enjoy a scenic stopover at Dhani Waterfall, if time allows; otherwise, the visit can be covered on the return journey. Upon arrival in Keran, transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Keran.
After breakfast, depart for Sharda along the scenic Neelum Valley. Enjoy photography and sightseeing with stopovers at Dowarian and other picturesque locations along the way. Upon arrival in Sharda, enjoy free time for photography and sightseeing along the banks of the Neelum River. A short hike to the remains of the historic Sharda Temple can be arranged as an optional activity. Overnight stay in Sharda.
After breakfast, transfer to a 4x4 vehicle and depart for Kel. Upon arrival, enjoy photography and sightseeing before embarking on a short hike to the majestic Aurang Kel. Spend some time exploring and enjoying the breathtaking mountain views before retracing your steps back to Kel. Later, drive back to Sharda and continue the journey towards Keran. Overnight stay in Keran.
After breakfast, depart for Muzaffarabad and continue towards the scenic Pir Chinasi viewpoint. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Muzaffarabad and the surrounding mountains from the top, along with photography and sightseeing. Later, depart for Islamabad. Upon arrival in Islamabad, the tour concludes. End of services.

Notes:
- Rates valid for traveling from 1 September to 31 October.
- Starting from Lahore will increase price by Rs.31,000/-.
- For 5 persons, a Honda BRV will be used instead of a sedan car.
Payment Procedure:
- 50 % advance payment is required in order to proceed with confirmation of services, minimum 4-5 days before the event.
- 50 % balance payable before commencement of the tour.
Cancellation Policy:
- Amount will be deducted for non-refundable advance paid for Hotels and Transportation services.
- Any sunk cost not mentioned above will be deducted.
- Refund amount will be processed in 7-10 working days.
- In the event of a tour cancellation by the client, a service fee amounting to 10% of the total tour cost will be charged by the company excluding sunk costs i.e. advance of hotels and vendors etc.
Important Notes:
- Package price is based upon current fuel prices i.e Rs.359 per liter petrol and Rs.382 per liter diesel. In case of sudden increase in fuel prices, package price will be updated accordingly whether tour is already booked or not.
- In case of payment through credit card, 13% service charges will be applied. (8% GST & 5% Bank SC)
- Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon)

This 7-day journey covers Naran, Shogran, and the Neelum Valley of Azad Kashmir, including Babusar Pass, Saif ul Malook Lake, Siri Paye Meadows, Keran, Sharda, Arang Kel, and Pir Chinasi near Muzaffarabad.
Arang Kel is reached by first driving to Kel by 4×4 vehicle, followed by a short but steep hike (or optional chairlift, at your own cost) up to the meadow. It’s one of the most scenic highlights of the Neelum Valley.
The package includes three separate 4×4 jeep excursions — one each for Shogran/Siri Paye, Saif ul Malook Lake, and Kel — as all three are rugged off-road mountain tracks.
It covers private transport, fuel, 6 nights accommodation, daily breakfast, three 4×4 jeep excursions, driver’s food and lodging, and all tolls and taxes. Meals, entry tickets, activity charges, and personal expenses are excluded.
A 50% advance is required to confirm services, at least 4-5 days before departure, with the remaining 50% due before the tour starts. Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or credit card link (13% service charges apply on card payments).
